How To Order

Please note prices shown are in Canadian Dollars.  Orders placed and shipped in British Columbia will be charged GST and PST.  All other orders will be charged GST only.  The appropriate tax rates will be calculated only after your address has been entered.

Using the Shopping Cart:

If you want to order a product simply click on the  ‘add to cart’ for that product.  This will take you to the shopping cart page where you will see the total cost of your order including shipping, handling and taxes (appropriate taxes will be calculated only after you have entered your shipping information).    The ‘return to shopping’ option will take you back to the page you previously ordered from.

When you are ready to complete your order proceed to the ‘check out’ and fill out your shipping information.  You will then proceed to Paypal where you can choose your method of payment.  If you do not have a paypal account, you will be asked to set it up (one time only) and then your payment will be processed.  Once this is complete you will receive confirmation that your order has been accepted.

If you do not wish to use paypal we can also accept MasterCard and Visa.  Please fill out the fax or mail order form and provide your telephone number with area code and we will call you for the required information so we can process your payment.  

Using Paypal:

Paypal  is a convenient and secure way to shop on-line, and once you have a Paypal account set up, shopping is quick and easy.  You can choose to pay by several different methods.   Your Paypal account can be used with any on-line merchant you choose to purchase from.  It is secure and saves you from having to give your credit card information to individual on-line merchants.  All your credit card information is kept on Paypal’s secure web-site.

Local Residents:

If you live in the Vancouver or lower Mainland area, you can arrange to pick up your order and eliminate shipping costs.  Please contact us at 604-948-5788.  If no one is available, please leave your name and phone number we we will return your call.

Delivery time:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in Canada and 2-6 weeks for delivery outside of Canada.  Expedited delivery is available at addition cost.

Shipping outside of Canada:

Customs clearance, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when ordering items from Canada.

Shipping and Handling:

All orders are shipped by Canada Post Surface Mail.  Shipments by courier or air mail can be arranged at  additional cost.

GST will be applied to shipping costs for all orders.

Giftwrapping:

If buying items for a gift, gift-wrapping is available at a cost of $5.00 per item.  This includes our special wrapping paper, ribbon to suit the occasion and a small gift card with whatever message you wish on it.  

Privacy Policy:

All information collected by Dreamweaver Gift House is used only for the purpose of processing and completing the necessary credit card transactions for fax or mail orders.  We do not, in any way, share or sell your information with third party companies or organizations.
